Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain intact to avoid any processing delays.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
